A brief Snippet of Bordeaux 2010 (April 2011)

20110422-111814.jpg

As some of you may know from reading my last blog post, that last week, I was in Bordeaux tasting barrel samples of about 80 different wines from roughly 35 different Bordeaux properties in order to get my own views and ideas straight about the wines (unfinished barrel samples).

My report which will be available here on its own and via email with a wish list of wines which you can choose to purchase dependent on the prices when they are released (some more on how En Primeur in Bordeaux works later) is currently at the printers and will be available in hard copy as well, but in the meantime I will say that the wines from top to bottom are very impressive and at all price levels there are serious age worthy wines on offer, and leave you with a few choice selection of photos which I took whilst on the trip.

Enjoy…
